Steeplechase Community is located off of Crossroads Blvd. in beautiful Windsor, CO. Steeplechase Community  is known for its large lots including some horse lots and its incredible views of the Front Range. This web site is primarily intended for the use of the residents of Steeplechase. However, the public sections are also available for prospective homeowners, realtors, local businesses, and others who may have an interest in Steeplechase.

PURPOSE

The purpose of this web site is to provide a centralized location for dissemination of information regarding use of common facilities, community events, neighborhood directories, architectural guidelines, etc. The site is organized into the following sections:

• Community Calendar: A community calendar of events
• Members: Consists of a passworded directory of residents, a directory of the Board members, meeting minutes, and more for residents of Steeplechase. To access this area, you must have a member account. (Click the Create new account in the menu to the left.)
• Rules & Bylaws: Includes architectural rules and guidelines, bylaws of the corporation, and the original covenants of Steeplechase as drawn up by the developers (this is a source document of many of the policies in place today). Note that any rules pertaining to recreational facilities are included in the recreation section.
• Forms: Includes landscaping committee forms.  Architectural committee forms, Etc.
• Contacts: A quick and easy way to get in touch with those responsible for the management of your community.
